1. What is the shipping cost? 

Delivery for all orders of HRK 100 and more through the online store is free of charge. For orders less than 100 kuna, the shipping cost is 20 kuna.

2. To what area do you ship products? online store delivers products throughout Croatia, the EU and beyond EU borders. Products will be shipped within one to three business days. Provided that orders are received by 5pm Monday through Friday. Up to 7 working days in Slovenia and EU. Outside the EU 10 days.

3. How long does it take to deliver the product?

Delivery time depends on the product ordered, but we deliver 80% of the product within the next day or within 2 business days. 

4. How can I pay for ordered products?

You can pay for ordered products in the following ways:

  • By bank transfer and general payment slip

  • I will take cash when picking up the product from the delivery company

5. Can I pay for the ordered products on delivery? 

Paying with a shipment allows you to pay for orders when you deliver them to the address provided, or only when you see the product in front of you. Payment on a shipment is made exclusively in cash to the shipper upon delivery to the specified address. In case the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the shipper leaves a notification of the arrival of the shipment.

6. I ordered the products but did not receive the confirmation email.

If you placed an order and did not receive the confirmation email, please check the email address you entered. 
It is possible that the address was entered incorrectly or the order was not confirmed and completed. Be sure to contact us at and we will assist you in your order. 

7. How can I check the status of my order?

All registered users will receive an email with all the necessary details to track the order. 

8. Is a warranty for products purchased from the GSM Electronic Online Store available?

Yes, in authorized service most products have a 2 year warranty. See the product page for more product warranty information. 

9. What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product I purchased?

The GSM online store has provided a refund within 14 days.
